Pure Dive is owned and operated by Calypso Reef Charters, Port Douglas. Calypso Reef Charters is owned by Graham and Cathie Jones, who have been operating snorkel, dive and sail vessels in Port Douglas for 12 years. They are committed to maintaining high levels of safety, service and presentation at all times.
As a family owned and operated business, Calypso Reef Charters is dedicated to developing the most efficient, comfortable and stable vessels through innovation and design. The second vessel in the fleet 'Calypso’ was launched in June 2007 and can take up to 75 guests to three outer Great Barrier Reef sites daily.
Calypso Reef Charters has been awarded an Advanced Ecotourism Certification by committing to the ‘best practice’ procedures. These practices ensure that the ecological sustainability, natural area management and the quality in ecotourism experiences are continued.
